Resident Property Manager ATARID, Nationwide Specialist Recruiters to the Property, Hospitality and Asset Management Industries are being retained by our Client, a property development and management corporation who is seeking an experienced: Resident Property Manager – Free Housing & Utility Allowance Responsibilities: Collect rents and handle delinquent accountsRecord and make rent depositsProcess invoices for paymentMaintain records, reports, petty cash reportsPrepare general property correspondenceIdentifies and addresses issues associated with a supervisory positionHires, trains, coaches, and evaluates site employeesProvides staff with direction, guidance to perform wellPlans and schedules work in advancePerforms duties to attain the highest levels of resident serviceResponds promptly to employees/customers’ needs and concernsDetermines needs of customers and deals with Residents in a tactful, diplomatic and courteous mannerPlans regular residents activitiesPrepares and follows guidelines of community operating budget, and makes recommendations for ways to maximize income and minimize expensesPerforms variety of duties associated with leasing, advertising marketing and community functionsSchedule repairs and maintenance with in-house teamList homes for sale, show to prospective buyers, negotiate sales contractsAdvertise properties available for saleDevelop and implement marketing plan; understand local market and competitionSupervise staff & Experience & Qualifications: 3+ years’ experience as Property Manager in multifamily apartment communitiesMust have experience managing 180+ unitsSupervising staff including Administrators and Maintenance personnelStrong resident relations and sales capabilitiesProject management, problem solving and leasingGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong PC and property management software skillsValid driver’s license is requiredAssociates DegreepreferredARM certificate preferredProperty Manager is required to live on site Salary:& $40,000-$60,000 DoE plus Comprehensive benefits package; Free housing and utility allowance for utilities available.
