ESCROW ASSISTANT
A Team Staffing is Southern California's local staffing agency specializing in real estate. We specialize in placing talented escrow, title, mortgage and other real estate professionals into rewarding industry positions
We are currently searching for a dynamic Escrow Assistant for an immediate opening working with re sales on a busy desk in Culver City.
As Escrow Assistant you will:
-Play a key role in this fast-paced, established office
-Open title reports
-Prepare escrow instructions
-Order payoffs
-Audit, fund and record packages
-Assist Escrow Officers in all facets of the client's transaction
-Provide detailed and consistent "above and beyond" client service, exceeding clients' expectations of responsiveness and service, while using your follow-up skills and initiative to ensure that their escrows close seamlessly and on-time
Escrow Officers are also encouraged to apply in an Escrow Officer role.
REQUIREMENTS
-3 years + success in escrow
-Recent experience preferred
-Experience with xxxx HUD
-Experience with both sales and refi's
-Ability to quickly learn and adapt to computer systems
-Experience opening escrows, ordering payoffs and insurance, and packaging loans
-A service-oriented mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
-Strong communication skills: written, in person, and by phone
