Gift of Life International is searching for a Mission Coordinator to oversee the coordination and logistics of 15 to 18 global medical missions per year. Applicants must have strong organizational skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to complete tasks independently in a timely manner with accuracy is essential. Applicants must be proficient in the use of Word and Excel. Knowledge and experience using Pages and other Apple software is an asset. Responsibilities are diverse including communication with medical supply companies, shipping companies, healthcare professionals and in-country NGO's, organized and accurate record keeping of children operated, sponsors, medical team documents for government approval, invoices and payments of mission expenses, inventory on-hand and inventory needed in each country, coordination and booking of flights for medical teams, and completion of reports for each medical mission.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate
Previous experience in a non-profit environment is an asset
