Title: US Production Systems AnalystLocation: North America-USA-California-OxnardJob Number: 00ID8This position is responsible for a variety of data management related to NAFTA production activities for regional production areas. The incumbent will serve as interface for our production areas to address system issues related to production and grower contract activities in SAP/FIDO or other systems. Position will also be the point of contact for all costing data for US Production and will serve as the primary contact in organizing and compiling such information. When requested, this position assists in identifying, leading and driving innovation of new technologies to improve and/or streamline collection and reporting of production data. Position will also track and report production data and metrics on a regular basis to regional management.Qualifications:Education, Training and/or Experience Requirements * B.S., B.A. Business and/or agriculture related degrees are a plus. * LEAN training and certification is required within one year position is filled but is highly desired at the time of hire. * Excellent oral and written communications skills including the ability to clearly present information and influence or persuade others through data driven analysis and process comprehension. * Ability to interact cross-functionally with various internal departments and external agencies to ensure Monsanto ESH and compliance requirements are met. * Able to write ISO documentation, obtain stakeholder approval of documents and conduct necessary training. * Decision making and problem solving skills. Ability to take action in solving problems while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of business issues. * PC proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point). Ability to navigate through web based reporting and data capture software (FIDO, Business Objects). * Previous SAP experience and demonstrated team collaborative abilities are desirable.This position will require focus in the following areas:Safety and Compliance1.
