Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a Seed Lab Technician I to join our client, a world leader in the pharmaceutical industry, located in Oxnard, CA.Job Responsibilities: - Preparation of planting substrates and planting seed samples for germination tests, including any needed seed treatment with fungicide, and incubation of prepared germination tests at prescribed temperatures, photoperiods and duration.- Incumbent may also plant basic useable transplant and soil germination tests in the greenhouse.- Understands and complies with Safety guidelines and housekeeping practices, trainings and wears appropriate PPE.Job Qualifications:- High School diploma or equivalent (GED).Preferred Job Skills / Experience / Knowledge: - Study or work experience in a Biological, Agricultural or related field is preferred.Discover all that's possible with Yoh.
