Job Description
Compensation $80K to $100K
Summary:
We are looking to hire a Lean Manufacturing Engineer immediately. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with the ability to change a culture and implement Lean procedures throughout an organization. Must be a hands on individual. The position is not a role for those unwilling to perform the duties you ask others to perform. You will be the face of the Lean program.
Must-Have Skills:
4-7 years of experience in a similar role; preferably in a sheet metal manufacturing environment
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Green Belt or Black Belt in Six Sigma
Experience leading Kaizen meetings
High level of competency in problem solving
Natural leadership skills
