We pay special attention to detail and we are very reliable, trustworthy, honest and discreet.
Our Basic Rate is: $139.00 this provides a two man crew for three full hours of fast efficient and thorough cleaning and we focus on the priorities you want completed first continue cleaning the rest of your home with any remaining time.
You can add time if needed for larger homes or businesses according to this hourly rate after the initial 3 hour period of $46.00 an hour.
We will clean any or all items below according to package or time you choose:
Kitchens and all appliances
Bathrooms and all fixtures and detail glass showers
Bedrooms
Living/Dining/Family rooms
We vacuum all carpets (deep vacuuming carpets is available)
Sweep and mop all floors linoleum, wood or tile, (tile grout cleaning is also available)
We dust all surfaces and can polish wood if requested
We clean all blinds, mini blinds and such
We can clean and remove dirt and marks from walls and baseboards
We can clean windows inside and out if requested
Garages if requested
Back yards and patios and can clean up after pets
We can also do almost any handyman job for you too. Fix, replace, repair, rebuild, remove or add
What ever you need let us take care of if for you
We Specialize in homes but can do condos apartments and small offices too.
We clean accoding to your schedule: one time, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly. you tell us.
We charge by the job according to the specific chores on your list.
We can help you with move-ins or move-outs, but the rate is higher.
We can contract to be your rental maintenance and cleaning team.
We bring all our own supplies or we can use any of your own specialized products, which ever you prefer.
We speak English and will be more than happy to clean your troubles away for you.
