SUMMARY: For a xxxx model year this really is a very nice coach. She appears to have been well maintained. Clean inside and out. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet smoke musty etc.). Carpet in cockpit living/entry dining hallway and bedroom appears to be in "like new" condition currently has plastic runners in place. Wood laminate flooring in kitchen appears to be in good condition. Vinyl flooring in bathroom appears to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean however as with any used coach some walls do show some minor holes from previous wall hangings minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Counter tops all appear to be good with the exception of a crack on the trash compartment lid. Cabinets throughout all open and close properly look good may show some minor fading. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield may have some minor stone chips. All other windows are good. TIRES: Right Front xxxx Michelin small cracks good tread; Right Rear xxxx Michelin small cracks good tread; Left Rear xxxx Michelln small cracks good tread; Left Front xxxx Michelin small cracks good tread.
